For Matrix, the most important part of any Tracking project is to actively listen and make sure we clearly understand the customer’s requirements.

The members of our project team have first hand experience of project managing and delivering successful implementations.  Requirements are documented and signed off and these are used to deliver a detailed plan of implementation.  Our experience allows us identify assumptions and to prioritise issues, mitigate risks and provide practical experience on the implications of the proposed solutions i.e. Data Protection & The Human Rights Act

We use the practical expertise of our technical and project staff to ensure our solution is tailored to meet business requirements. Typically, we will assist customers to define their requirements and help them develop a business case, using proven ROI methods like IRR and Payback Period.  Our experience and knowledge of the impact of Tracking systems on a customers operation is used to identify and mitigate the risks to a successful implementation.
